Important Information From Your POA Dear Julington Creek Plantation Resident, The Julington Creek Plantation POA Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Interlaced Property Solutions, LLC, (IPS) has been appointed as the new JCP master POA Property Manager effective April 1, 2016. Beginning April 1, IPS will assume the duties and responsibilities that were previously managed by MAY Management Services, Inc. If you reside in Plantation Island, Plantation Estates, Plantation Grove, Magnolia Preserve, Southbridge, Riverside or Southern Creek, this change will not affect the management of your individual community POA. On matters that are the responsibility of the master POA, your individual community Board of Directors and Property Manager will now work with IPS.
