In an uninterrupted match

which starts not later than 2.00 p.m. the duration of play will be 40 overs. New Rule to Rule 11:

Regional Division 3 – In an uninterrupted match which

starts not later than 2.00 p.m. the duration of play will be 35 overs. Proposed:

Except due to inclement weather, time of start for matches in

all Divisions shall not be later than 1.00 pm.

Clubs are permitted to start earlier or later

by mutual consent. Delete:

Rule 25.2: Dangerous and Unfair Bowling Change to Rule 25.2

The Bowling of Fast Short Pitched Balls (The Bouncer) (All

Divisions): Any delivery which, after pitching, passes or would have passed over the head of the striker standing upright at the popping crease shall be called and signalled ‘No Ball’ by the bowler’s end Umpire who shall adopt the procedures of Law 42.7 if appropriate and when necessary This ruling shall apply even if the ball has made contact with the striker’s bat, person or equipment and irrespective of his skill and whether the ball was threatening physical injury.
