Designation of the Regional Directors for Local Government Finance of this Ministry and Provincial and City Treasurers as Co-Chairmen and members, respectively, of Local Examining Committees in specified regional centers in connection with the Real Property Assessing officer examination to be conducted jointly by the Civil Service Commission and this Ministry on December 12, 1982.

The Regional Directors for Local Government Finance and Provincial and City Treasurers concerned -
In connection with the conduct of the Real Property Assessing Officer examination to be given on December 12, 1982 jointly by the Civil Service Commission and this Ministry, particularly in the following places, namely: San Fernando, La Union; Tuguegarao, Cagayan; San Fernando, Pampanga; Manila; Legazpi City; Iloilo City; Cebu City; Tacloban City; Zamboanga City; Cagayan de Oro City; Davao City; and Cotabato City the Acting Regional Directors and the Provincial and City Treasurers thereof are hereby designated as Co-Chairmen and members, respectively, of the Local Examining Committees who shall coordinate with the Civil Service Regional Directors to render the necessary assistance for an efficient administration of said examination, in accordance with the attached gu7tdelines issued by the Civil Service Commission. The said Treasurers are hereby authorized to advance from available local funds such necessary expenses incurred in connection with the conduct of this examination which shall be refunded by this Ministry to the local government units concerned upon submittal of the corresponding bills and supporting papers, subject to the usual accounting and auditing regulations.
