AMENDMENT OF MINISTRY ORDER NO. 10-83 DATED JANUARY 10, 1983 AS FAR AS THE SUBCLASSIFICATION OF THE PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1982, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465 IS CONCERNED. The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, MOF, Region IV, the Provincial Governor, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the Provincial Treasurer, the Provincial Assessor, the Provincial Auditor, all of Occidental Mindoro, and Others Concerned.

In view of the 1st Indorsement dated January 20, 1983 of the Commission on Audit, revising its previous certification as to the average annual income of the province of Occidental Mindoro, actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years (1978-1981) from %4,194,096.45 to Y4,44O,744.78, thereby increasing its average annual income actually realized durin .the last two (2) consecutive calendar years (1980-1981) to 5,152,616.57, the previous sub-classification of the said province effective July 1, 1982 is hereby modified to First Class-B.
