J6-79 Series of 1978 FURTHER AMENDMENT TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING PREMYO SAVINGS BONDS In accordance with Section 5 of Part VII of Deportment Order No. 23-74, Series of 1974, as amended, the rules and regulations governing Premyo Savings Bonds ore hereby further amended to road as follows: Suction 1. Sub-section c is hereby added to Section 5, Part 11, as follows: xxx c. Overprinting._- Bonds belonging to the portion of the issue authorized to be sold as the "Bigiang Bahoy" series shal I be designated as such, and on the face of each certificate, the following shall be overprinted: I) The seal of the Ministry of Hunan Settlements; 2) The facsimile signature of the Human Settlements Development Corporation Chairman; and 3) The words 'Bi lanBahay" below the printed "Premyo Savings Bonds." Section 2.
