RECLASSIFICATION OF MUNICIPALITY OF GUINSILABAN, CAMIGUIN, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1978, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region X. Provincial Governor, Municipal Mayor, Sangguniang Bayan, Provincial Treasurer and Auditor, Municipal Treasurer, and Others Concerned.

Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, and on the basis of the average annual income of P98,955.93 actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive years from 1974 to 1977 as certified by the Commission on Audit under letter dated September 11, 1981, thepresent classification of the municipality of Guinsilaban, Camiguin, as a Sixth Class municipality is hereby maintained, effective July 1, 1978. The foregoing classification of the said municipality shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and.mther statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of local government officials and employees in accordance with existing law and regulations.
