In accordance with the invitation of the Public Relations Organization of the Philippines, Inc. (PROP), Mr. ROBERTO B. MILLENA, Special Assistant to the Minister of Finance and EDUARDO V. HILIS, Supervising Information Officer are hereby authorized to attend the two day live-in seminar-workshop on the role of the Press in its relation with the government and vice versa, etc. being held at the University of Life from March 24-25, 1983. The attendance of the above-named employees shall be on official time and shall entitle them to reasonable expenses which include the registration fee of !'400.00, chargeable against the appropriations of this Ministry subject to the usual accounting and auditing regulations. Mr. ROBERTO B. MILLENA and Mr. EDUARDO V. HILIS shall submit to the undersigned their written report of attendance and participation in the said seminar-workshop within thirty (30) days after its conclusion.
