MINISTRY ORDER NO. ff'f September 2, 1980 SUBJECT : RECLASSIFICATION OF MUNICIPALITY OF ROSALES, PANGASINAN EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1978, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL'DECREE NO. 465. T 0 : The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region I, Provincial Gover^br, Municipal Mayor, Sangguniang Bayan, Provincial and Municipal Treasurers, Provincial Auditor and Others Concerned. Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the municipality of Rosales, Pangasinan is hereby reclassified from Fourth to Third Class, effective July 1, 1978, on the basis of its average annual income of P521,339.63 actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive fiscal years (1974-1977). as certified by the Commission on Audit under letter dated July 31, 1960. The foregoing classification of the said municipality shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of local government officials and employees in accordance with existing law and regulations. This accordingly supplements Ministry Order No. 1-80, dated January 10, 1980, of this Ministry, copy enclosed. By authority of the Minister:
