To All Members Sub : Inclusion of “ISIN” details in Bills/Contract Notes/Statements issued by the Stock Brokers to their clients This is further to our circulars NSE/INSP/27155 dated July 16, 2014 specifying the format of common contract note, NSE/INSP/13606 dated December 03, 2009, NSE/INSP/14048 dated February 03, 2010, NSE/INSP/10239 dated February 11, 2008, Regulation 6.1.5 (d) of NSE Capital Market and 6.1.6.1 (c) of F&O Regulations regarding statement of accounts and daily margin statement to be issued to clients. SEBI has, vide its letter no. MIRSD-4/AS/NS/6127/2015 dated February 26, 2015 has directed that “ISIN” details of securities traded in the Cash Segment shall be included in Bills/Contract Notes/Statements issued by the Stock Brokers to their clients. Members are hereby requested to take note of the same and comply with the same by June 30, 2015.
