To All Members Sub : Mode of sending correspondence to the Exchange As you are aware the Exchange has an online electronic system for filing complaints called NSE’s Investor Centre (NICE). Inorder to resolve complaints faster, the Exchange also has a facility to connect and take up complaints with trading members electronically through ENIT. With a view to further reduce time and enhance convenience in correspondence between trading members and the Exchange, a facility for trading members to respond back to the complaints taken up by the Exchange electronically through ENIT has been provided. This will reduce the time taken in physically sending a response by the trading member thereby also helping the investors receive a response faster. The details of the process to be followed are available in ENIT under the section Investor Services Cell>ISC correspondence. This is an opportunity for trading members to contribute to our Go Green initiative and we urge trading members to make use of this facility for faster communication.
