Aspiring to grow your business? Need to gain a competitive advantage? Looking to develop fresh ideas? Keen to advance in to new markets? Want to improve motivation and team performance? The North Wales Business Academy (NWBA), is an exciting new three-year initiative part funded by the European Social Fund (ESF), through the Welsh Government. The aim of the programme is to encourage business growth and competitiveness by enabling employers in the North Wales region to identify and address the specific training needs of their organisation. We do not prescribe a training programme for your business to address these goals, we feel that you as a business owner truly understands your business’s direction and objectives. The programme therefore allows you as the business owner to firstly map your organisations strategic goals with the help of a mentor during the Strategic Business Analysis module phase and then secondly pick modules from any of the 4 partners that compliment and fulfil these strategic objectives. This ensures that your training is tailored to you and your business alone and you retain control of what areas of the business you wish to develop. Becoming a member of NWBA gives you access to a business mentor throughout your time on the programme to not only develop the skills plan but to also implement and embed the plan in a timely and a strategic manner. The Academy offers a wide range of core and specialist modules based around 7 business themes which are unique to the programme. The modules are short, University accredited qualifications (level 4-6) which will be delivered across the four partner institutions – Grwp Llandrillo Menai, Wrexham Glyndwr University, Bangor University and Coleg Cambria. Dyheu i weld eich busnes yn tyfu? Angen sicrhau mantais gystadleuol? Bwriadu datblygu syniadau newydd? Awyddus i werthu mewn marchnadoedd newydd? Eisiau gwella cymhelliant a pherfformiad eich tîm? Mae Academi Busnes Gogledd Cymru (NWBA) yn fenter tair blynedd newydd a chyffrous sydd wedi'i hariannu'n rhannol gan Gronfa Gymdeithasol Ewrop (ESF) drwy Lywodraeth Cymru. Nod y rhaglen yw annog twf busnes ac ysbryd cystadleuol drwy alluogi cyflogwyr yng ngogledd Cymru i ganfod a diwallu anghenion hyfforddi penodol eu sefydliadau. Nid ydym yn argymell rhaglen hyfforddi i fynd i'r afael â'r nodau hyn, oherwydd teimlwn eich bod chi fel perchennog busnes yn deall cyfeiriad ac amcanion eich busnes i'r dim. Felly mae'r rhaglen yn eich galluogi chi fel perchennog busnes i nodi nodau strategol eich sefydliad yn y lle cyntaf, gyda chymorth mentor yn ystod cyfnod modiwl Dadansoddi Busnes Strategol, cyn symud ymlaen i ddewis modiwlau gan unrhyw un o'r pedwar partner sy'n cyd-fynd ac yn gwireddu'r amcanion strategol hyn. Mae hyn yn sicrhau bod yr hyfforddiant yn eich gweddu chi a'ch busnes i'r dim a'ch bod chi yn rheoli pa feysydd yr hoffech chi eu datblygu o fewn eich busnes. Mae dod yn aelodau o'r NWBA yn golygu bod mentor busnes yno i'ch helpu drwy gydol eich amser ar y rhaglen a fydd yn eich cynorthwyo i ddatblygu'r cynllun sgiliau ond hefyd yn eich helpu i weithredu ac i sefydlu'r cynllun mewn modd amserol a strategol. Mae'r Academi yn cynnig ystod eang o fodiwlau craidd ac arbenigol sy'n seiliedig ar saith thema busnes, pob un yn unigryw i'r rhaglen. Modiwlau byr yw'r rhain gyda chymwysterau wedi'u hachredu gan Brifysgol (lefel 4-6) a gaiff eu cyflwyno ar draws y pedwar sefydliad partner - Grŵp Llandrillo Menai, Prifysgol Glyndŵr Wrecsam, Prifysgol Bangor a Choleg Cambria.
Mae'r modiwlau unigol wedi'u rhannu'n saith thema: Rheolaeth Ariannol
Strategaeth Fusnes
Datblygu Pobl
Rheoli Gweithrediadau
Llywodraethu a Moesnes
