Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 championship is available for people from all countries. Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 championship is executed using Czech Plugin. Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 championship is based on real WRC competition. All Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 rules are based on real WRC regulations. All Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 information will be published in championships official website (www.openrbr-ltwrc.blogspot.com), our main sponsor website (www.rbr-lt.com) and in our Facebook profile (www.facebook.com/RBRLT). Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 championship is executed by giving a RBR-LT licenses in Czech Plugin to registered participants.

All conditions of events are tried to remake as it was in real WRC event as realistic as possible. Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 has thirteen events. All events starts next week after event in real world. Before every event shakedown is executed. Event starts on Wednesday and shakedown starts two days before, on Monday. One rally day is two real days length. Day starts at 07:00 (GMT +2) and ends at 23:59 (GMT +2). Each event has a Power Stage, mainly it is set on the last stage of the rally. Each event have a “Super Rally” rule. Except “Rallye Monte Carlo” event. Some events can have a “Snow Mod” or “Snow France Mod”. 1

Requests can be placed in Czech Plugin website (rbr.onlineracing.cz). Requests will be given if Plugin shows DNS or doesn’t shows anything. Requests won’t be given if Plugin shows DNF, DQ. Unless participant adds a video or photo of required stage. Requests won’t be given by reason of internet connection lost, computer problems, hardware crash or other problems that is caused by participant or participant hardware. Unless participant adds a video or photo of required stage. Requests can be rejected if request text contains invective words, doesn’t contain any text. Request must be send only once. To get request faster, participant has an ability to write a message to organizer via Facebook, e-mail or message in website shout box. Organizer recommends to send a message to official Facebook page for a faster response.

Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 allows all cars from WRC, S2000, N4, S1600 classes. Cars are divided to four classes: WRC (WRC), WRC 2 (S2000), WRC 3 (N4), JUNIOR WRC (S1600). Car can be change 3 times during all Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 season. Car change must be declared as new registration. That means that participant has to fill a new registration form in internet. Car can be changed only during the intervals of championship events but not later than 24 hours before event start. Otherwise car change can be rejected.

Participants must have a Czech Plugin account in their official webpage (rbr.onlineracing.cz). Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 participants names on Czech Plugin must be like this: SURNAME Name or NAME Surname. For example: LOEB Sebastien or SEBASTIEN Loeb. Participants are not allowed driving from one IP address. Unless organizer is informed about this situation. Participants are not allowed using improper words or obscenely characters all championship in any space which belongs to Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 championship. Participants registration is executed via filling a registration form in internet. Registration links are published in official Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 championship website and in our main sponsor website. Links are posted at the end of regulations. Participant registration can be made only during the intervals of championship events but not later than 24 hours before event start. Otherwise registration can be rejected.

Team can be made from minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 members. Team name must not contain invective words. Team changes can be done 3 times during all Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 season. Team can’t change the car during the Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 season. All team members must drive the identic car. Teams registration is executed via filling a registration form in internet. Registration links are published in official Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 championship website and in our main sponsor website. Links are posted at the end of regulations. Team registration can be made only during the intervals of championship events but not later than 24 hours before event start. Otherwise registration can be rejected.

7. POINTS SYSTEM 7.1 7.2 7.3 7.4 7.5

Points are allocated to the top ten drivers in each competition on a 25-18-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1 basis. Points are allocated to teams in the same way. Points in team are gained just by two fastest pilots of a team. Power Stage points are allocated to the top three drivers just in overall competition on a 3-2-1 basis. Participant can lost his points if he is changing a car to a car from another class.

Each participant who finishes in top three in any stage in any competition, must upload a replay of that stage. Replays must be uploaded within 72 hours after event end. Each participant must send a replay of any stage for organizer, in specified way, if he is asked to do that.

Ignore of replay uploading - event result disqualification. Driving with same IP address - event result disqualification. Using improper words or obscenely characters - plus 15 seconds (each word or character) to overall result. Cutting stage corners with all four wheels - plus 30 seconds (each cut) to overall result. Driving with wrong car - event result disqualification. The organizer reserves the option to make a decision on enormity of penalty.

10. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 10.1 Regulations can be change at any time by the organizer. 10.2 Championship events dates can be changed according to holidays or other encountered problems. 10.3 The organizer reserves the option to change all the circumstances of the championship at any time during the Open RBR-LT WRC 2014 season.
