About Photokenya Initiative PhotoKenya is an initiative set up to add value to the community of Kenyan photographers though an online resource website, trainings and workshops as well as engagements with stakeholders for the betterment of the photography industry. One of our flagship projects is the annual Kenya Photo Week, the Masterpieces photo contest and the all-rounded learning programs through PhotoKenya Learning- under which this Samburu National Reserve trip is organised. Some of the photography learning programmes have been running under the Photomagic School programme in the past.

A UNIQUE SAMBURU EXPERIENCE

This trip is specially arranged for wildlife photographers, enthusiasts and hobbyists. We have made arrangements for adequate time to shoot, interact and get the best of wildlife and landscape photographs in the unique destination that is Samburu. Our landcruisers, thanks to Kibo Slopes, shall have a max of 5 photographers at any one time-adequate for you to shoot from any direction. A DEDICATION TO LEARNING EXPERIENCE

We have been in photography training since 2013 and at the beginning of this year, we embarked on a programme to take that experience for Kenyan photographers a step further. In July, we had a trip to Lake Elementaita in the Rift Valley, where we had two days of learning, shooting and so much fun.
