Hon'ble SupremeCourt had passedorderson 08thJanuary,2018 directingthe Railway Ministry to take consciousdecision on "LARSGESS" within six weeks, which fact is known to you. The Federationis also awarethat the Railway Ministry has beenconsideringthe matter in order to arrive at "consciousdecision"for continuingthe LARSGESS. Federationhoweverhastensto bring to your kind noticethat the wardsof safetystaff who have already been selectedfor appointmentand cleared medical examinationare anxiously awaiting for appointment.As it is apprehended that the Railway Board may take somemore time to take decisionon the subject,NFIR speciallyrequestsyou to kindly considerthe limited issue relating to granting appointmentto thosewardswho havealreadybeenselectedand found medicallyfit. NFIR, therefore requeststo kindly look into the matter personallyfor giving clearancefor appointingthosewardsalreadyselected,pendingdecisionin due course.,
