The undersignedis dirscted to say that iu this Deparunent'sOM No.45/10/98' inespectiveof it was providedthat pensionof all pensioners P&PW(A)dated1?.12.1998, scaleof of the revised minimum of the their dat€of retirementwould not be lessthan 50q/o OM No.45/3199-PePW6)dated pay inuodncedw.e.f. 1.1.1996. In this Deparurrents it was clarified that in the caseof retiredmedical officers,Nonfracticing 29.10.1999, Allowance(NPA) was not to be addedto the minimum of the revisedscaleof pay as on 1.1.1996for steppingup of the eonsolidatedpensior/familyponsion to 50% | 3Ao/o in termsof qe OM dated17.12.1998, respectively, and other 2.
