The size of your stall is the entire footprint frontage you require to operate from this includes trailer A frames & cold room space. If your stall size exceeds 6x3 please select other and advise on the total space required, price will be advised on final footprint size. Stall fee does not include power you must provide your own power.
Description of Stall
You must include a photo of the stall or link to Facebook/Website Pages. Menu - you can upload or send a link of your menu.
Supplementary Information Required
Food Business – You must have a current market stall licence before trading and this must be current.
Water
No running water onsite, you must bring your own water for use at your stall.
Power You must supply your own power. If you do you must make sure all leads are covered, failure to do so could result in your stall being closed. Health & Safety Health and Safety rules apply more detail will be provided on approval of application.
Additional Information Trading hours Day 1 Bump In from 4pm // Event 6pm – 9pm // Bump Out straight after – You must be trading the entire prior of the event. Day 2 Bump In from 1pm // Event 4pm – 8pm // Bump Out straight after – You must be trading the entire prior of the event. Stall Holder Terms & Conditions By purchasing a stall, the stallholder agrees to the following terms and conditions: ● ● ●

Stall Fee Prices On acceptance to the festival all stall fees must be paid in full by 20 December 2016 otherwise you will forfeit your stall position and the next available stallholder will be engaged. Stallholders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to its participation in the event and it holds all necessary permits and licenses required to participate at the event, which must be attached to application. You must be ready and operate from event start until event finish as applicable each day. If you withdraw 7 days prior to the event you will forfeit your entire stall fee. The stallholder acknowledges that Rotorua GLO Festival does not make any representation or give any guarantee with respect to the event, including without limitation the number of attendees or the success of the event. The stallholder participates in the event at their own risk. The stallholder acknowledges that Rotorua GLO Festival is not responsible for and accepts no liability in relation to the stallholder’s participation in the event. Rotorua GLO Festival does not take any responsibility for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential losses or damages arising directly or indirectly in connection with the event. This includes loss or damage to any items brought onsite. The stallholder indemnifies Rotorua GLO Festival against any liability, losses, damages, outgoings, costs and expenses suffered or incurred arising out of the stallholder’s participation in the event, including the operation

of the stall or the sale of any product at the stall, any negligent act or omission by the stallholder or any stallholder representatives or any breach of the terms of the agreement with the stallholder. The stallholder acknowledges that it is responsible for the safety of its employees, contractors and other individuals attending the event and agrees to comply with all policies and directions issued by Rotorua GLO Festival. Neither party will be in breach of this agreement, and neither party will be liable to the other party, for any delay or failure to perform an obligation under this agreement due to a force majeure. A force majeure means an event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of a party, including acts of God, war, rain, hail, fire, wind, explosion, civil disobedience, legislation not in force at the date of this agreement or labour disputes. The stallholder is not entitled to any reimbursement in respect of any event or circumstance that prevents, delays, suspends and/or disrupts the event, including without limitation inclement weather. Rotorua GLO Festival reserves the right to refuse any stallholder application. Power ● No power will be supplied by the festival. ● Stall holders may supply their own but they must be safe and compliant. ● All cords to power MUST be covered and present no hazards. ● All the electrical appliances must be tested and tagged dated within 1 month prior to the event and stallholders are responsible to undertake this task at their own cost.
