Circle Round has changed their meeting time: 6-8 PM the 3rd Thursday of the month! We will be CLOSED on Labor Day! Enjoy the Holiday! We get a lot of questions about how to use our incenses, smudge blends & resins. Here is a simple how to!

Items: -A cauldron or non-flammable receptacle -Charcoal (Metal tongs are also suggested for handling the hot coals.) -Loose incense blend of your choice: herbs and/or resins, or our pre-made House Blessing, Protection, Sacred Temple & Ancestral incense blends. Take your cauldron, fill it with some sand or dirt. Hold charcoal disc in tongs & light it until it glows. Next, place the lit coal into the cauldron. Take the ground up resins or herbs & sprinkle it over the burning coal. Be aware of fire alarms and folks with smoke sensitivity. Now that your blend is smoking, take the cauldron & go around your home or property in a clockwise circle, just like you would with a sage bundle. We suggest chants or incantations while smudging, and stay focused. You can also burn old ritual herbs, Gris-Gris bags or even written spell work in your cauldron! Lastly, clean your cauldron between each use. Never submerge cast iron cauldrons in water, wipe clean with a moistened towel and air dry thoroughly. Always practice basic fire safety when using smudge blends! Remember to ground, shield & protect yourself well before any spell or ritual work. Magic works best with pure focus and true intent.
