Although it was agreed by CRBAvIS to sort out the issue, the matter continued to remain pending due to some technicalitiesi.e. SLPspendingbeforeApex Court. In this connection,Federationnow desiresto bring to the notice of Railway Board that - 2065612014,2293112014 the SLP (C) No(s). 4568-456912014 and33654/2014havesincebeen . dismissedbythe Hbn'ble SupremeCourt on23'dFebruary,2016. NFIR, therefore,requeststhe Railway Board to seethat steppingup of pay is grantedto the Loco Inspectors on remaining six zones as committed in the meeting held with'the Federationson07/0212014. Acopy of the instructionsissuedmay be endorsedto the Federation.
