You must know your Skyward Student Access Username and Password

Current 9th Grade —Completed course request sheet due to 3rd block teacher by Feb. 15. Counselors will visit classes to help with Skyward entry.  Current 10th-11 Grades —Completed course request sheet due to 3rd block teacher by Feb. 23. You need to have your requests entered in Skyward Student Access by this date as well.  Current 8th —Your middle school counselor will set the date for your course request sheet to be turned in and will help with Skyward course request entry. 

 You

can go to the Skyward Student Access log in page on district website and reset your account. (www.wcschools.com)  Click on “Forgot Your Login/Password?”  An email will be sent to your school google account.

The

back of your course request sheet MAY NOT list all available courses. Some courses you want may not be available for your grade level. Check your 2018-2019 Course Catalog (available online).

 You

will not be able to add these courses in Skyward Student Access.  You must register for EIGHT credits of courses you would take if you are NOT approved for application only courses.  Counselors will add to your requests once approved.  Applies to: Service Learning, Dual Enrollment, Clinical Internship, Nursing Education Honors, Culinary 4, Yearbook, Work Based Learning

Enter Username Enter Password    

Click Sign-in If a box pops-up and Tells you to retry click “Retry”

If using an Iphone, you will need to rotate it so you have a wider screen.

Click Request Courses for 2018-2019

Click on courses to view description if needed.

Make sure you are on the “Request Courses” tab. Type course number in search box to find the course you need.

 Repeat

until Total Credits = 8



Request THREE alternates by clicking on “Request Alternates” tab and following same process to add courses.

 You

are finished!!!!!  You are now registered for NEXT YEAR!!!  Current WCHS Students--Remember to turn your course request sheet in to your 3rd block teacher by the due date.
