TERMS AND CONDITIONS: a. The rate and the taxes thereon if any should be furnished separately. b. The amount should be shown both in figures and in words. Corrections if any should be attested properly. Quotations with corrections not attested will be rejected. c. Quotation should be furnished for the exact specifications as given in this letter. Quotations not in accordance with the specification will be rejected. In case of equipments, the relevant brochure/pamphlet of the equipment containing the features and specifications should necessarily be attached with the quotation. d. The supply should be effected within …7…… days from the date of purchase order. Warranty period should be indicated. e. The AMC charges and conditions for major items should be indicated. f. Tender shall be furnished in the prescribed format only in the document duly signed by the tenderer accepting the condition and the tender format shall be sent. The tender not furnished in the prescribed format itself will be rejected. g. The validity for the tender should be minimum 90 days. The taxes, transportation, delivery and payment terms should be clearly indicated.

The EMD should be paid for Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) by means of DD/multicity cheque issued on or after 08.03.2018 drawn in favour of The Dean, HC&RI, Periyakulam payable at Periyakulam along with tender. The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, reserves the right to accept any tender and or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason. Tenders will be received by the Dean, Horticultural College and Research Institute, Periyakulam up to 2.00 PM on 15.03.2018 and the same will be opened by him or by any other officer duly authorized by him on the same day at 2.30 PM in the Dean’s Room in the presence of the tenderers who choose to be present. The tenderer should have already registered their firm and also have GST, TIN number, and other important details without fail. The tender cover should be super scribed as “Tender for the supply of hospital materials for the year 2017-2018 due on 15.03.2018 at 02.00 pm”.
