Chiefs CID, SGOD Education Program Supervisors Public Schools District Supervisors Elementary and Secondary School Heads Elementary and Secondary Teachers Concerned Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 40, s 2012 entitled "DepEd Child Protection Policy which stipulates the Policy Guidelines on Protecting Children in School from Abuse, Violence, Exploitation, Discrimination, Bullying and others forms of abuse; DepEd Order No. 55, s. 2013 entitled" Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 10627 otherwise known as the Anti- Bullying Act of 2013; DepEd Order No. 35, s. 2004 entitled , "Revision of the Grievance Machinery of the Department of Education and DepEd Order No. 49, S. 2006 entitled, Revised Rules of Procedure of the DepEd in Administrative Cases this office hereby informs the field of the conduct of the Division Training on Child Protection Policy, Anti- Bullying, Grievance Machinery and Rules of Fact Finding in Administrative Cases and Discipline Procedure: A motivational approach in safeguarding school children and supporting education personnel on October 6-7, 2015. 2.

The training aims to a. Discuss the policy guidelines on protecting children in school from all forms of abuse b. Capacitate participants in protecting school children from all forms of abuses and related cases c. Promote wholesome and desirable employee relations and prevent employee discontentment and dissatisfaction d. Create a work atmosphere that is conducive to good grievance procedures e. Provide catalyst for the development of capabilities of personnel to prevent or handle dispute

Participants to this training are Education Program Supervisors (EPS) Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs) Division Unit Heads (DUHs),Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads/ Principals, Guidance Counselor, Guidance Teachers Acting as Guidance Counselor in Elementary Schools Employees and Teachers. Federation President and school Teachers' Club President.

The venue of the said training will be at Bulwagang Kongresyunal, Congressional National High School City of Dasmaririas, Cavite.

There shall be NO registration fee. Food and accommodation shall be charged to Division MOOE while travel expenses of participants shall be charged to local school fund subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Enclosed with this Memorandum are the Committees and Program of Activities.
