*Company was delisted with effect from March 24, 2017, vide public notice dated March 04, 2017. Being aggrieved by the same, the Company preferred an Appeal before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (“SAT”), Mumbai. The said Appeal was disposed with a direction to the Exchange to pass a fresh order on merits. Accordingly, the Delisting Committee of the Exchange, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing and considering the submissions of the Company, decided to compulsory delist the equity shares of the Company.
