TERMS & CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO THE TENDERERS 1. The Bidder shall be OEM or Authorized Distributors/ Partners/ Dealers/Resellers. 2. The Firms/ Suppliers / Distributors in question will be bound to supply and install the required items as whole consignment within 10 days from the issuance date of supply order. 3. Required order/quantity may be reduced in accordance with the available budget and rate given the quotation. 4. The Income Tax will be deducted at source or as per Govt. of Pakistan Law. 5. The Foundation reserves the rights to cancel any bid or all bids prior to its/their acceptance. 6. Payments will be released after supplying the above said items and after checking quality etc. 7. The quotations must reach by post/courier/by hand/email to The Fred Hollows Foundation, Office # 8, 2nd Floor, 85-West Rizwan Center, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad.
