By requesting subscription to the Opportunities Listserv, users voluntarily consent to the following terms and conditions if accepted for subscription to the Opportunities Listserv:    

The content cannot be duplicated, forwarded, or altered without the explicit consent of the executive board of the Professional Management Association Users have subscribed to the Opportunities Listserv for the sole intentions of attempting to advance his/her involvement, life experiences, education, etc. The information within the messages distributed under the title “Opportunities Listserv” will not be distributed by any recipient of the Opportunities Listserv Subscribers of the Opportunities Listserv can opt to be removed from the mailing list and thus cease receiving electronic messages associated with the Opportunities Listserv at any time by replying to any messages generated by the Opportunities Listserv and typing “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the Body and Subject fields of the e-mail. The personal information of subscribers will be neither advertised nor solicited to any third party. The personal information collected by the Professional Management Association for the purpose of the Opportunities Listserv will be kept confidential. This information could include: e-mail address and first/last name.

Any violation of the terms herein listed may be addressed by the Professional Management Association. Individuals found in violation of the terms may face repercussions including, but not limited to removal from the Opportunities Listserv. Any violation of the Smeal Honor Code committed by means of the Opportunities Listserv may be reported to the Smeal College of Business at the discretion of the Professional Management Association. The executive board of the Professional Management Association reserves the right to decline any request for subscription to the Opportunities Listserv. Requests can be declined by the Professional Management Association without providing reason to the requestor. The executive board of the Professional Management Association reserves the right to remove subscribers from the Opportunities Listserv. This right to remove subscribers from the Opportunities Listserv can be exercised without providing reasoning or prior warning to the given subscriber.
