Tina Tran Neville, Founder/CEO/CTO of Transcend Academy and Team Leader for CollegeAppz CEO/CTO Tina Tran Neville has been at the forefront of developing advanced, college preparatory curriculum to increase access and retention for college bound students internationally. Ms. Neville received her Masters degree from Yale University in International Relations before embarking upon her career as a U.S. Foreign Service diplomat and receiving multiple awards. Ms. Neville taught Geography at the National Cathedral School and Washington Latin Public Charter School in Washington, DC, where she fell in love with teaching. She then founded Transcend Academy to implement her innovations in curriculum development.

The CollegeAppz Team Olivia Ellis, Director of Community Outreach Prior to joining Transcend, Ms. Ellis worked in sales and public relations at the Washington Post and Vanity Fair Magazine. Ellis received a Fulbright Scholarship before receiving her Masters from the University of Texas, Institute of Latin American Studies. Ellis joined the Transcend team because of her commitment to education and desire to meet the needs of Washington DC students. She initiated Transcend’s scholarship program to further the mission of community outreach and solidify partnerships with non-profit organizations and schools. Her superb interpersonal relationships and passion for Transcend’s mission makes her the company’s strongest communications expert and community liaison.

Dominic Andrey, Office Manager Dominic Andrey brings six years of office administration, customer service, and sales experience to the team from his previous work at Sympany Versicherungen and Recticel Bedding Switzerland. Working directly with CEO/CTO Tina Tran Neville, Andrey coordinates Transcend staff to accomplish team goals, monitors marketing campaigns, and handles accounting and records. He also ensures efficient operations in human resources and legal compliance at Transcend Academy. Andrey is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Business Administration at Ramkhamhaeng University in International Studies.

Myra LalDin, Marketing and Sales Associate Joining Transcend from VPSales Asia Ltd and SPB Software, LalDin also has extensive experience working in the nonprofit sector at Akash Chldren’s Hospital, Free Burma Rangers, and Shelter for Life. These are organizations provide health, social, and educational services for families. She provides marketing and sales leadership for Transcend’s community outreach efforts in Washington DC and beyond.

The CollegeAppz Team John Douglas, CollegeAppz Lead Developer Founder of Mycos Technologies, Co., Ltd As a parent of two teens, John Douglas has a vested interest in education and over 20 years of experience in building software programs. Douglas is Director of Mycos Technologies, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and software consulting firm specialized in working with ISV's and start-ups. In this role, Douglas works with clients throughout the world to bring software applications to market by leveraging a team of software engineers internationally. Prior to starting Mycos, Douglas worked as a software engineer and Quality Assurance Analyst at Precise Software Solutions (acquired by Symantec), Quark, Inc., and J.D. Edwards (acquired by Oracle). He is a Java certified programmer and received a bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Dallas. Since that time, Mycos has grown to a staff of over 50 with core competencies in the .NET and Java platforms. Mycos has developed software applications, both rich-client and web-based, for clients in over 10 countries. The goal of Mycos is to be leaders in delivering best-of-breed applications while maintaining the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction. Mycos engineers have created some of the most innovative applications in their markets.
