PERT for Dual Enrollment

2/16 — Senior Baby Pictures due 2/16 — Celebration of Abilities Prom 2/19 — No School due to President’s Day Holiday 2/27 — 11th and 12th grade FSA ELA Writing Retakes 3/1 — 9th and 10th grade FSA ELA Writing Assessment 3/5-3/9 — Spring Break 3/13, 3/14, 3/15 — PERT Administered

Students interested in taking the PERT Assessment in order to qualify for Dual Enrollment Classes must fill out the form on Google Classroom by March 12. Most students need only to register for Reading/Writing Portion of the PERT for Dual Enrollment Purposes. In order to be considered for Dual Enrollment classes, you need to have a PERT score in Reading and Writing along with a at least a 3.0 unweighted GPA. The PERT test will be given on March 13, March 14, and March 15th. You can sign up during Spring Break. The form will be open. You will receive an email 2 days before you test telling where to report. Please remember to check your email. You will need your Chromebook for this test.

Senior Yearbook Pages All pages are due to Mrs. Gainey by March 1 at 3:00 p.m. Pages must be paid in full and submitted via email. Pages should be saved as a JPEG file. Pages can be purchased with cash from Mrs. Gainey. Full page $200  Half Page $150 Quarter Page $75

YEAR BOOKS are on sale now for $60!

Yearbooks can be purchased from Mrs. Gainey with cash or online with a credit card.

Football Signing Senior Charles Strong was faced with the choice of playing football at 2 different colleges, University of Mississippi or Texas A&M. He ended up choosing to play for the Aggies at Texas A&M in front of family, friends, and school administrators last WEEK.

Jazz Band is Superior Congratulations to the UCHS Jazz Band on their Superior Rating at the District Jazz MPA on Thursday, February 15! Way to go band!!! It was a swingin' performance!
