Update on the Community Lot

At the Annual Meeting on February 21, 2017, the Membership voted to sell the Community Lot. We obtained an appraisal and two fair market analyses. We advertised the lot for sale in the News and Tribune and posted a sign on the lot for 30 days. We had 3 realtor inquiries, 2 potential buyer inquiries and 1 resident inquiry. As of November 1, 2017, the only offer to purchase has been from Land-Mill Development.

Sale was concluded on November 28, 2017. Purchased by Land-Mill for $15,000.

News from the Pool and Recreation Center: Bill Dehn, is our Keycards/Fitness Center Manager Bill is a real asset, not only in our neighborhood, but in the community, as he is active in his Masonic Lodge and the Kosair Shrine. Like many of our volunteers, he has a demanding job and a busy family life. Bill wants to remind you the pool season will be here before you know it! If you have not turned in a pool waiver, or your key card is not working, please don’t wait until the last minute to get ready to swim. If you have previously filled out a waiver, you don’t need a new one, but if you’ve never filled out a waiver, look in the back of your welcome packet, fill out the waiver and drop in the mailbox at 6434 21st Century by the Clubhouse. If you need a waiver or if your key card isn’t working, please text Bill at: 502 299 4139 Don’t delay! Postponing until the last minute may result in longer wait times.
