I give the School permission and agree to release my child to another parent on any event or field trip to transport my child to and from School events or field trips in their privately owned automobiles. I understand that the School will use its best efforts to insure that all of its parent volunteers maintain liability insurance with the minimum levels of coverage of $100,000/$300,000 liability vehicle coverage. I further understand that the parent volunteers’ insurance is intended to cover damages that may result from an accident or incident that causes bodily injury or property damage due to this arrangement. In consideration of the foregoing and because the drivers to and from events or field trips are parent volunteers, I agree to release such parent volunteers from any and all liability in excess of such parents volunteers’ insurance coverage limits, and I further agree to release the School from any and all liability in excess of its insurance coverage limits, in each case, that results from an accident or incident that causes bodily injury or property damage due to this agreement. This authorization supersedes any prior authorization I have signed, and expires 12 months from the date of the signatures below. After reading and reviewing the permission for student transportation, please complete the bottom portion of this memo and return by September 1, 2017. We have read the 2017 - 2018 Permission for Student Transportation form and understand the information contained therein. We understand that if we have any questions or concerns about any of its contents, we will contact the School office as soon as possible.
