Call to Order – The meeting was called to order by President Sanner at 12:27pm 2. Acceptance of Minutes of January 30, 2015 - The motion to accept the minutes was made and seconded. Motion carried. 3. New & Future Business: 1. UCPEA Fair-discussed date change 2. Annual Meeting & UCPEA Fair Date-May 12, 2015 3. Membership Services Budget-Veronica Cook moved to increase the budget by $9000, seconded by Angela Rola. Motion carried. 4. Reports: 1.
