UCPEA EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING Minutes April 25, 2013

Attendees – Ken Best, Steve Grigoreas, Lisa Pane, Angela Rola, Gisele Russo, and Kathy Sanner Guests – Elizabeth Sullivan and Jim Wohl 1. Call to Order – The meeting was called to order by President Sanner at 12:09 pm 2. Acceptance of Minutes of April 18, 2013 - The motion to accept the minutes of April 18, 2013 was made by Angela Rola and seconded by Steve Grigoreas. Motion carried 3. Additions to Agenda 1. Contracting Fairness Resolution-President Sanner will investigate what AAUP would like 4. New & Future Business: 1. Jim Wohl, Ombudsman discussed his role on campus and plans for the future. Eager to learn our grievance timelines and contractual options; wants to meet with reps in June. 5. Reports: 1. President’s Report – Meeting regarding EAP, two year agreement, located in Budds, 8-5pm access, on call coverage, parking space, July 1-fall go live. 2. Staff Reports – 

Sullivan – Open cases; 5/18 AFT Annual Business Meeting; EB email accounts are available.
