Our commitment to the community is a bond each member of Harvest Astoria supports. To this end, we attach a $20 administration fee to every share. Of each $20 admin fee: • $5 goes to Church of the Redeemer, which offers its space free of charge • $10 goes to provide shares to lowincome families • $5 goes towards general CSA operations and functions.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (please read and sign) I understand that I share in both the bounties and the risks (poor weather, crop failure, drought, etc.) of the farmer. My share may vary from week to week generally consisting of vegetables that are in season and there is no guarantee on the exact amount or contents of my share. I agree not to hold Harvest Astoria CSA, Church of the Redeemer, Norwich Meadows Farm, or anyone acting on their behalf responsible for any damages resulting from injuries sustained as a result of any carelessness or negligence while engaged in any event or activity, including but not limited to the weekly food distribution and farm visits that are sponsored, held, or coordinated by Harvest Astoria, Church of the Redeemer and Norwich Meadows Farm. I agree to pay the full price of my share(s) by APRIL 30TH, 2016 I understand that failure to pay the full price by this date will result in the cancellation of my share at this price. I understand that because membership fees are promptly transferred to the farmer, there are no refunds. I understand that Harvest Astoria is a member-run community organization that cannot exist without the generous donation of its members’ time. I commit to SIX VOLUNTEER HOURS. I will pick up my share on WEDNESDAY each week at the Church of the Redeemer between 5:30PM AND 8:00PM or send an authorized person to pick it up for me. I understand there are no refunds for missed shares and that my unused share will be donated to the Church of the Redeemer. By participating in Harvest Astoria, I’m bringing healthy local food at an affordable price to the neighborhood, supporting sustainable agriculture, and building community.
