Further to above NFIR has been given to understandthat there are a number of employeeson the Railways who had cleared the Part-l paper of Appendix-3 IREM Examinationand are waiting for Paper-llto clear.If Board'slnstructionsdated 0310312015 are compliedwith. those stafTwill have to reappearin the written test, which is not at all . .justilied. NFIR therefore,requeststhe Railway Boardto immediatelywithdrawthe instructions issuedunder letter dated 0310312015 and arrangeto hold discussionswith the f'ederationto settlethe issuein its properperspective.
