COLONEL ISAAC O. JOHNSON
COL Isaac O. Johnson is a native of Richmond, Virginia and was commissioned through the ROTC program in 1991. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Norfolk State University, a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Masters of Strategic Studies, United States Army War College. His military education includes the United States Army War College, Command and General Staff College, Combined Arms and Services Staff School, Military Police Officer’s Basic and Advanced Courses and the US Army Airborne School. His military assignments include Platoon Leader and Executive Officer, 978th MP Company, Fort Bliss, Texas; Company Commander, 13th Military Police Company, Vicenza Italy; Company Commander, Fort Shafter Military Police Company, Fort Shafter, Hawaii; Battalion Executive Officer, Fort Shafter Military Police Battalion, Fort Shafter, Hawaii; Deputy Provost Marshal, Fort Myer, Virginia; Company Commander, Sarasota Recruiting Company, Sarasota, Florida; Executive Officer, 705th MP Battalion, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; Military Police Observer & Trainer, Battle Command Training Program, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; Operations and Plans Officer, 18th Airborne Corps, Provost Marshal Office, Multi-National Corps- Iraq, Battalion Commander, Miami Recruiting Battalion, Chief of Staff, 2nd Recruiting Brigade, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama; Director, USCENTCOM, Joint Security Office (FWD), Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar; and is currently serving as Commandant of the US Army Recruiting and Retention School, Fort Knox, Kentucky. COL Johnson and his wife have 3 beautiful children.
