1st Reader: Then the LORD appeared to him by the terebinth trees of Mamre, as he was sitting in the tent door in the heat of the day. 2nd Reader: So he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, three men were standing by him; and when he saw them, he ran from the tent door to meet them, and bowed himself to the ground, 1st Reader: and said, “My Lord, if I have now found favor in Your sight, do not pass on by Your servant.
Welcome to the Tullahoma Seventh-day Adventist Church November 12, 2011 Following Jesus, Learning to Serve
Every day we are bombarded by bad news. But we have a special hope. We know that a loving God wins in the end. We know that sadness, death, and pain will be history. But what about the millions who don't know? What about those who live in fear and despair? Did you know that there are more than two dozen countries or regions of the world where there isn't a single Adventist church for people to hear God's end-time message? Did you know that there are still millions who have never even heard of His love? The challenge is huge. But God's power and grace are bigger! His commission to reach every kindred, tongue, and people is a promise that if we let Him, He will use us to do more than we could ever imagine. Today's offering will help Global Mission carry the gospel to the unreached people and areas of the world. Every penny will be used to help start new groups of believers. Your offering today will bring hope to someone in need. It will share the best news ever with those living in a bad-news world. Receiving of Gifts ers Offertory Music
1st Reader: And I will bring a morsel of bread, that you may refresh your hearts. After that you may pass by, inasmuch as you have come to your servant.” They said, “Do as you have said.”
