Welcome AIESEC Brasilia was founded in 1998 by students of the University of Brasilia, a federal public university and one of the most important higher education institution in Brazil. AIESEC Brasilia is not linked to an only one, it represents all the universities of the city. The 2016 team is formed by the Executive Board whose mission is “Make History”. Through trust, braveness and passion, we do leadership stories and experiences and want to be among the TOP 10 in the world, as one of our areas was a global reference in 2015.

Change Yourself, Change Your Home is a social project which interns from all over the world hold classes for children, teenagers or young adults on themes: Self Aware, Community goals, Leadership, Social entrepreneurship and Sustainability, Cultural Identity and Diversity. This is an exclusive social project run by AIESEC in Brasília, and it creates impact in the poor and develop communities across the state by working with NGOs.

JOB
Description 1. CLASSES: Trainee must prepare dynamic classes involving issues of leadership and social entrepreneurship, seeking opportunities that are adaptable to the age group according to the needs of students and the resources available to prepare lessons.
2. EVALUATION AND REPORTS: Teams of each institution (School or NGOs) must meet twice a week to plan and evaluate the activities, as create reports of the activities already undertaken.
3. PORTUGUESE LEARNING: Strive to learn the country's language (Portuguese) as the exchange student will deal with children and young people who do not know another language. AIESEC will support your learning with classes in portuguese, but it is important to study the language before the exchange starts.
4. SHARING REALITIES: Conduct cultural and social sharing of your country, promoting exchange of the realities of both countries (your country and Brazil). Share initiatives that transform, cultural values and customs, people and inspiring projects, methodologies, case studies, etc.
5. GROUP ACTIVITIES: Plan social projects of different themes that are possible to run, so the students can perform a real impact in their communities.
6. FINISH A PROJECT: From the beginning until the end of the project, monitor everything that will be developed and share with AIESEC the results and the impact of the changes.

Smarketing
Smarketing Project was developed to fill gaps. Talented university students, with background in marketing, communications or management will have the opportunity to help NGOs from within. Trainees will diagnosis of the organization, identify their main need, develop and implement strategies to help them communicate more effectively with their target audience, volunteers and sponsors, in order to strengthen their brand and increase their sustainability. *dates: June, 6th Until July 4th.

Description Week 1 and 2: Analisys Understand the situation of NGOs. Evaluate all the critical points of the NGO to uncover which the roots and possible solutions of the site, as well as evaluating the communication plan for external checking the regional situation and closing the week with the next steps for implementation;
Weeks 3 and 4: Execution and Consolidation Organize the operational plan that will be inserted over the weeks and invest in each goal with commitment and always thinking about your role as a change agent that location. The weeks of implementation should have clear measurable so that each challenge is implemented safely. Develop short activities to long-term to the following points: - Human Resources - Marketing - Communicative Ensure the long-term effectiveness: To have the tools and general techniques inserted throughout the project are easily accessible and passed on to the head of the NGO, enabling it to use.

Talk
TALK project promotes conversation classes in foreign languages, addressing global issues to college students. Some of the topics covered in classes are the seventeen sustainable development goals of the United Nations, which are aligned with the purpose of the project: to create a global vision and greater responsibility on the world in the universitary students of Brasilia.

2. EVALUATION AND REPORTS: Teams of each classroom will meet twice a week to plan and evaluate the activities, as create reports of the activities already undertaken.
3. SHARING REALITIES: Conduct cultural and social sharing of your country, promoting exchange of the realities and knowledge about the differences between Brazil and the world.
4. SEMINARS AND TRAINING ACTIVITIES: Suggest some study areas for the students to practice at home, to be rated the language development of the students. In addition, students will have to perform playful seminars on topics that can be discussed later.
