Exchange Participant Responsabilities Finish all the project activities on time

Respect the rules of the accommodation Send documents to AIESEC member at least 2 weeks before departure
Payment of the Exchange Fee (US$50,00)
Trainee fee As a committee of AIESEC in Brazil, we pay two fees for every person that comes to our projects (one for matching, and another for realization) to the National Board. To preserve the sustainability of our activities, we charge a USD 50 fee from every exchange student:
- 80% of it is used to covers these national costs - 20% of it is used to logistics and support: Airport pickup, first day of work, events for the trainees and emergency costs
After being oficially approved with your project, you will receive a Paypal link in your email, and
then you can proceed with online payment before your arrival
