Introduction Message from the MCP Hello dear AIESECer, The past few months has been one of the most powerful experience in my life so far, I cannot describe how challenging it is, the only thing that I can tell you is: by opening this booklet it means that there is a curious side inside of you to start an amazing journey of your life. AIESEC in Dominican Republic is an entity with a huge hunger to learn and improve day by day, willing to show you the most amazing landscapes, kindness in their people and as well this desire to work to be a protagonist, to be the change that they want to see, every day it is an opportunity to shape this country and entity to be the best version of their self and yourself. As a wise woman once said, I truly believe in the power of youth and I truly believe in the power of Dominican youth to shape this country, create what we are working and enjoying during this journey, the leadership to aim the peace and fulfilment kind potential.

General Description -Reports to: National Assembly -Term: 1st July 2016 – 30 June 2017 -Working hours: 40 hours per week

Measure of success -Organizational goals achievement (oGCDP, TMP/TLP quality) -National Plan achievement -Legal and financial sustainability -Relationship management with partners, BoA, BoP and global/Regional network -Retention rate of MC Members -Delivery of team minimums -Pipeline MC and MCP
MCP JD Functions Member Committee Team Management -Manage a clear and effective MC -Planning process and proper follow up -Ensure synergy between MC members -Ensure development of every MC member -Build and implement management tools of tracking activities and MoS -Organize and run team minimums National Plenary Management -Ensure national communication with LCPs and engagement in national direction and dialogues -Consultancy in management and experience issues -Update network with all global, regional and national strategies, considerable changes and any other importan information Governance and accountability -Achieve organizational goal ensuring the number and standards of oGCDP TMP/TLP experience delivered -Keep constant communication and direction to all members -Assure the delivery of national services -Reporting towards national plenary and BoA
MC Life The monthly scholarship consists of 200 USD, which is enough to cover your expenses living in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Office is in the first flor with desk, wifi and phone, all necessaries and the flat it is in the second flor of the office Accommodation is provided with wifi, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 and half bathroom Every member must bring their own lap top since the MC cannot provide one
