VICTORIAN OMBUDSMAN – CLOSURE
Following the initial lodgment of a formal complaint as to ‘Misconduct on the part of Melbourne City Council’ with the Victorian Ombudsman , 6+ months ago, it’s evidenced; 0TU

• There do not exist nor ever have existed ‘Occupancy Permit(s)’ to allow the legal leasing of the premises currently occupied by Blu Nite at 333 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000
• The building owners, its landlord and legal representative have and continue to lease premises without their legally required ‘Occupancy Permit(s)’
• Melbourne City Council, complicity, allows this practice, as evidenced in the case of Blu Nite, by not taking the required action(s) as set out under the relevant Regulations.
Melbourne City Council has issued its formal response , following 7+ months delay, which, when analysed , fails to include a legitimate ‘Occupancy Permit(s)’ as existing; 2 December 2014 when Blu Nite commenced its lease. 0TU
