!!! IMPOTANT ¡¡¡ We would like to point out the fact that this is an INTERNATIONAL YOUTH PROJECT, not a holiday, sightseeing trip or a travel experience.

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT: The idea of this project is motivated by the social alarm that is occurring in the formal educational and informal due to the increased number of peer harassment, one in four young people suffer harassment or violence from their peers / friends. Several different risk behaviors that can affect the development and welfare of our youth. Among them we can mention: the bullying and school violence, alcohol and drug abuse, teenage pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, discrimination and exclusion of groups, among others. The prevention of risk behaviors is an important need in our work with young people, and relevant approach it and know how to help young people and prevent them. With this training we give and provide participants with different tools, skills and experience to better develop their work, support and prevent problems among young people, all partners in the project think there is a need for training and retraining youth workers, exactly the topic of prevention in youth. Help youth trainers, teachers, monitors, workers improve their skills, to develop better job, being ratios of the risks of young people, so they can anticipate these help or advise, to do work in the following areas are important for prevention. - Bullying and Mobbing. - Conflict Resolution. - Alcohol and drugs. - Cyber-space (Tic). - Affectivity and sexuality. - Exclusion and Social Inclusion. The most important impact of this project will be on the participants, giving them the opportunity to train through different workshops, learn about the different realities in other European countries, new tools and methods to prevent in their work with young, active participation in an international activity, improving their communication skills in English. One of the most important impacts on young people will be working with participants in organizations, and this training that will have the participants (employees of partner organizations) we will try to create a change on them, prevent potential conflicts, work with youth for prevention of abuse, etc. and giving a quality environment in which they work and live.

OBJETIVES:  Improve and renew the tools for trainers, educators, monitors in youth prevention  Provide information on bullying workers, families, young people and society in general  Sensitize and educate young people, teachers, coaches, trainers about the need of prevention.  Exchange realities regarding the topics of the project in the participating countries.  Sharing experiences and best practices with other trainers, educators, monitors.  Become familiar with different tools and methods of non-formal education for prevention and work with youth.  Different activities for personal development and skills of the participants.  Presentation and cooperation in the new Erasmus + program  Encourage the establishment of anti-bullying and anti-violence policies.  To learn ways to promote and motivate young people to do outdoor activities.

Target group:  Youth trainers/workers who are actively working with young people as professionals or on voluntary basic, teachers.  Participants that have an active attitude!  Age 18 and good english level.  3 PARTICIPANTS PER COUNTRY

Hosting Organization: Educator is the assocaition, non-profit non-governmental organisation. Educator was established in 2012 with main purpose to support and actives children, young people, adults, seniors and public. Main aim is to inform, educate, create opportunities for personal development and crete diverse offer for the target groups, their leisure and active involvement. Educator is an NGO established to support, activate the children, youth, adults, seniors and also the general public. The aim and objectives are fulfilled through the : • providing educational and informational activities • developing opportunity for the strategy of personal development and adults education • organizing the activities for the children and young people • supporting and providing the nonformal learning • working in the field of environmental awareness, culture, art, sport, heathy life • supporting the intergenerational dialog • creating the opportunities for the sustainable development, urban and rural development • providing the activities in the field of citizens‘ education, active democracy, protection of human rights, civil society, participation, European issues and development of the information • providing of social, cultural and sport events and activities • supporting the iniciatives and ideas for the leisure time • publishing the publications (not regularly) • organizing the competitions and activities to the European • assistence and advocacy for inclusion and integration of the people with fewer opportunities and disadvantages people • providing the facilitation and training and activities • cooperating with the authorities, individuals, NGOs, enterpreneurs Varienty of the topics are toll for cooperations, meeting point, cooperation among the generationa dn excahnge of the experience Due to the reality of the our deat in Ostrava are the environmental topics and issues together with the link to nature, learning and sharing the key aspects of our work.

PLACE Ostrava (Czech pronunciation locally is the third largest city in the Czech Republic and the second largest urban agglomeration after Prague. Located close to the Polish border, it is also the administrative center of the Moravian-Silesian Region and of Ostrava-City District. Ostrava is located at the confluence of the Ostravice, Oder, Lučina and Opava rivers. Its history and growth have been largely affected by exploitation and further use of the high quality black coal deposits discovered in the locality, giving the town a look of an industrial city and a nickname of the “steel heart of the republic” during the communist era of Czechoslovakia. Many of the heavy industry companies are being closed down or transformed, yet the city remains one of the most polluted in the European Union.

Financial aspects - Food, activities and accommodation is FREE. - Participants will be reimbursed for the unit travel cost using the rules of the Erasmus +

Reimbursment conditions: The activity dates are 17th -24th July 2016. The travel dates are 17th July (arrival) and 24th of July(departure). Please keep in mind that we provide lodging only for the duration of the project and not more. The organizers will reimburse for the unit travel cost using the rules of the Erasmus + from the home city to Ostrava and from Ostrava back home (NOT taxi and NOT car). Reimbursement of your travel costs can only be done upon submitting ALL the original tickets, invoices, boarding passes tags, etc. - or upon presenting the payment evidence along with the original ticket or e-ticket (with the boarding pass wherever applicable) and submitting us the respective copies.

To be reimbursed the participants need to take part in all the duration of the Training and all the activities. All the requested documents serve as supporting documentation for the Project Final Reporting (and reimbursement). Reimbursement will be done in EURO, based on the exchange rates given by the Erasmus + Programme specifically the Czech National Agency, and the rules for reimbursement and reporting. The reimbursements will be done through bank transfer to one account number for each partner organization upon receiving all the original tickets, invoices and boarding tags or in the training if you have all the documents. ! Four your reimbursement it is essential that you travel directly without any longer stop-over from your home town to Ostrava in order to arrive and departure on the given project dates! ! Note: The organisers will not provide any accommodation for an additional stay in CZECH REPUBLIC. Participants are allowed to arrive a 1 day earlier or depart 1 days later, if they want but they are kindly requested to inform organisers before to buy any ticket, because we need to contact our national agency for the approval, if it´s approve we will help in the process.

Maximum amount Reimburse: Considering that each one of you is coming from different direction, there will be different cities from which you will take your connection to Ostrava, Czech Republic. The best airport to fly will be or Prague and after you can take a train to Ostrava or Krakow (Poland) that is 1 hour to Ostrava and there are busses and train that connect both places.

If after 24th May if we don´t have the participants from your organization we will start to search for replacement.
