Delegation of Duties of the Director

of the Office of Local Government Finance while she is abroad on Official Business T0

The Acting Assistant Directors, Division Chiefs and All Concerned Office of Local Government Finance

In view of the forthcoming travel abroad on official business of Director Lorinda M. Carlos of that Office, Mr. GREGORIO A. BARRETTO, Acting Assistant Director for Local Fiscal Operations shall take charge of the Local Treasury Operations Division, the Finance Field Operations Unit and the Local Tax Advisory Board, while Mr. CIPRIANO P. CABALUNA, Acting Assistant Director for Real Property Tax Administration shall take charge of the Real Property Tax Assessment Division and the RPTA Project Management Office during her absence and until her return to duty.

Accordingly, Messrs. Barretto and Cabaluna shall, in addition to their regular duties and functions, perform the following: 1. Exercise administrative control and supervision over the personnel of the respective units under .th8m; 2. Review and initial all papers coming from their respective units; and 3.

Sign all papers pertaining to their respective units which are signed by the Director under existing Ministry Orders in the following manner:

For and in the absence of the Director:

(NAME) Acting Assistant Director for This Order shall take effect on the date of departure of Director Carlos and shall be considered automatically revoked upon her return to duty. All concerned are enjoined to be guided accordingly.
