In the exigencies of the service and. in cooperation with the Ministry of Agrarian Reform, Ministry of Natural Resources (Represented by the Bureau of Lands) and the Land Bank of the Philippines an AD-ROC Committee is hereby created for the purpose of threshing out the problems encountered in the collection of Real Property Taxes on land$cove red-by the "Land Reform Program of the Government" (P.D. 27). Messrs. Ernesto de Vera and Fernando T. Hermosa shall be the alternate representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Reform and the Ministry of Finance respectively. The AD-HOC Committee shall meet regularly at least twice a month and shall continue to meet until the purpose for which the Committee is created shall have been accomplished. A monthly progress report shiuld be submitted by the Committee to the MOF at the end of each month. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
