It has been brought to the notice of the Federation by its affiliated Union that while the chairman/RRCshave been entrustedthe ,""rritr"ni of in cp lg00/- (pB-l) for all categories, iob following difficultieshavebeenfacedby tie zonal Railways on accountof following reasons:(a) Firstly the panels formed are short and do not cater to the requirementof the respective departments. (b) Secondlya good numberof candidates whosenamesare borneon the paneleitherdo not turn up or are not able to clear the medical examination,leaving atleasi30 to 40r vacancies unfilled. 2' NFIR desiresto ittvite the attentionof the Railway Board to the instructionsissuedunder letterNo' E(RRBy2008l25ll0(RRCB No. 2/09) dated ffifii12009, empoweringRailway Recluitrnent B91d; to makereplacement panelsof additionalcandidates to the extenr of 30%oofvacanciesto meet with the situations mentionedin para I above.It is needless to mentionthat a lot of time, moneyand . energyis wastedin formationof a panelspafiicularlyin cP 1800/-,hencethereis strongcaseto issue simifarinstructions to the Zonesto form replacemenipanel in Gp lg00 (pB-l) upto31yoofvacancies.
