We’re transforming the way young professionals develop their leadership skills and engage in local philanthropy. Rising Leaders is a two-year program for the next generation of social impact changemakers. Our blend of volunteer projects and training prepares participants to help shape the future of philanthropy as strategic partners.
What is expected of a mentor A two-year commitment to support a Rising Leader: ࢝࢝ Meet in person at least twice a year plus regular check-ins ࢝࢝ Attend at least two Full Circle Fund events with your mentee ࢝࢝ Assist mentee in refining their Leadership Action Plan ࢝࢝ Share knowledge about career and/or philanthropic paths ࢝࢝ Open opportunities for networking and personal growth
How to Join as a Mentor ࢝࢝ Alert the Full Circle Fund team ࢝࢝ Check in with Jo Stein, Director of Membership to share what you’d like to gain from the experience ࢝࢝ Commit for two years to serve as a mentor

WHO SHOULD MENTOR
Our Rising leaders are looking for support from changemakers mid-career and beyond. Mentors should be ready to have guiding discussions with their mentees. Your role is to support their growth as social impact changemaker using the goals your mentee sets on their Leadership Action Plan.
