We’ll explore the fundamentals of superintendent evaluation including legal requirements, the developmental aspects of evaluation and things to consider when establishing performance expectations for the superintendent. This training is appropriate for school board members and superintendents in districts who are either undecided about an evaluation instrument or that plan to use the MASB 2016 Superintendent Evaluation Instrument.
