Terms and Conditions

Group Reservation Deposit: For group reservation, a deposit equivalent to one night room charge must be received by Y-Loft as listed above and the deposit is non-refundable. Y-Loft reserves its absolute right to release all rooms not guaranteed by payment of deposits within the time limit stated. Confirmation of group reservation is subject to room availability.

Payment: Y-Loft accepts bank draft, cash or credit cards – Visa or Master. Y-Loft reserves the right to refuse settlement of charges by cheque. Full payment to Y-Loft is required at least 7 days prior to guest arrival.

Cancellation and No-show: If any confirmed group reservation (with deposit) is cancelled, Y-Loft must receive a written notice from the company at least 30 days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival. Otherwise the following cancellation charge shall be applied:

Less than 30 days 50% of total one night deposit charge Less than 14 days 100% of total one night deposit charge

In any event such written notice is not received within the time limit stated or in the event that the group / guest no shows, deposit will be forfeited automatically. If any confirmed group is cancelled, Y-Loft reserves the right to withhold deposit that has already been paid.

Group rooming list / Cut-off period A complete rooming list for the group must be received at least 7 days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival date and such list must include therein full details of guest name, passport number, date of birth and flight information. Y-Loft reserves the right to release all rooms and will withhold deposit if the requirements herein stated are not fully met within the time limit stated.
