AUDITORS' REPORT. The Auditors of the town of Northfield, in performance of their duties as such, have examined and audited the accounts presented them for such purpose, and report as follows for the year preceeding March 1st, 1859 :

In the foregoing cases for violation of the liquor laws of the Stat« I have received as follows, viz. : State vs. J. VV. Mills, by A. R. Morrill, 10 00 Joseph Dumos, 18 00 Andrew Roulston, . 17 91 B. (7arrigon, 7 00 Lymun Heath, 8 35 $61 26 Fine of B. Doland paid into Town Treasury by the Court. Also in the foregoing 3ases for violation of liquor law the Court allowed C. H. Joyce as Attorney for the sum of $67 00, and paid to him the above sum, $61 26, leaving i balance now duo him of 5 74. The above abstract of fines and costs is the only one returned by the Justices of the Peace for the past year. The orders for the above bills of costs except as above reported, are now outstanding against the town and unpaid.
