Turn a service on or o for team members Your G Suite subscription comes with core apps and additional Google services that you and your team can use. However, you can choose what G Suite services your team has access to. You control access to services from your Google Admin console. The basic settings apply to your entire organization. If you want to apply the settings to only some people, you first have to put them into an organizational unit. An organizational unit is simply a group that you create in the Admin console to apply settings to a specific set of users. By default, all users are placed in the top-level (parent) unit, but you can create organizational units beneath that one (child units). Child units inherit the settings from the parent unit. For example, suppose you wanted your marketing team to use YouTube, and you wanted to turn that service off for everyone else. You would create an organizational unit for the marketing team and another for everyone else. You could leave the service turned on for just the marketing team and turn it off for the others.
