Although,the Railway Board havetaken initiative and addressed communicationsto the Zonal Railwaysetc., to furnish requiredinformation,the matterhas not yet been settledfinally and no consultationshavealsobeenmadewith the Federations (NFIR) till now. As usual,the Federationhas beenremittingthe amounthithertofixed prior to revisionto facilitate our staff to avail medical facilities pending final decision by the Board through consensus. It is therefore,requestedto expeditethe matter and reducethe per capita chargesand at the sametime adviseZonal Railwaysetc.,to continuethe medicalfacilitiesto the staff of NFIR and its affiliatedUnions.
