i(ind attention of Railway Board is invited to the Federation'sletters cited under referenceto whicli no reply has been received frorn the Railway Board on NFIR's p1ea,seeking withdrawal of instructions dated2511112014 & 2710512016 and continuanceof per capita chargeswhich existedprior to issuanceof theseinstructions. It is re-iteratedthat the staff (and their family mernbers)working in the Quasi Administrative OfficesAJnits are being deprived of tlie medical facilities on the plea of nonremittanceoffevised chargeswith the Railway Medical Hospitals/Authorities. Federation, therefore, once again urges that till such time the issue is resolved through discussions,the per capita chargesexisted prior to Board's instructions dated25llll}0l4 & 2710512016 be continued.
