Student Dress Code



There is a close relationship between high standards of dignity, pride and proper grooming, all three contributing to an appropriate learning environment. A modest, clean and inoffensive attire should be the dominant feature. Both student and parents share in the responsibility for proper grooming of the student; however, the campus administrator has the final authority concerning propriety of clothes, hairstyle, and jewelry. Tops: • Polo shirts of solid red, light blue or white or polo shirts with Real Learning Academy logo; • Hoodies must be solid color with no logos other than the REAL Learning Academy logo; • All tops must be free of rips, tears or holes. Bottoms: • Pants, shorts, or skirts of khaki, black, or navy; • Bottoms must stay at the waist level, with a belt if needed; • Sagging and/or bagging pants are not acceptable; • All bottoms must be free of rips, tears, or holes. • The length of girl’s skirts or shorts should be no more than 1” above the knee. • No jeans Monday thru Thursday, except on College Spirit Day Shoes: • Tennis shoes or closed toe shoes are the most appropriate and safest to wear to school; • High heel shoes are not acceptable; • Shoes with wheels in them are not allowed; • Beach type flip flops are not acceptable; Friday: Students may wear regular street clothes of their choice, following these parameters:



· Clothing should not be offensive or disrupt the learning environment in any way. · Clothing should be neat, fit appropriately, and shirts must cover the abdomen. · Shorts, skirts, and any slits in such attire may not be higher than 1 inch above the knee.



Código de Vestimenta Estudiantil Hay una estrecha relación entre el desarrollo de un alto nivel de dignidad, orgullo y preparación que se debe a un ambiente de aprendizaje adecuado. Dentro de el, una vestimenta modesta, limpia y no ofensiva debe ser la característica dominante. El estudiante y los padres comparten la responsabilidad de elegir una vestimenta apropiada, sin embargo, dentro de la escuela el administrador tiene la aprobación final sobre la ropa, el peinado y joyas. Camisetas y Polos: • Camisetas polo de colores sólidos en rojo, azul cielo, o blanco o camisetas Polo con el logotipo de REAL Learning Academy; • Las sudaderas deberán ser de color sólido, sin logotipos al menos que sea el de REAL Learning Academy; • Todas las camisetas o polos deberán estar libres de roturas, desgarros o agujeros. Pantalones: • Los pantalones, shorts, o faldas de color khaki, negro, o azul marino; • Los pantalones, shorts of faldas deberán permanecer en el nivel de la cintura, con un cinturón si es necesario; • Los pantalón o shorts demasiado cortos o grandes no serán aceptables; • Todos los uniformes deben estar libres de roturas, desgarros o agujeros. • Las faldas o shorts de las niñas no deberán ser muy cortas, sólo se permitirá que queden 1 pulgada más arriba de la rodilla. • No se podrá usar jeans entre lunes y jueves, excepto en el Día de Universitario Zapatos: • Los tenis o zapatos cerrados son los más apropiados y seguros para llevar a la escuela; • Los zapatos de tacón alto no son aceptables;

Zapatos de alberca o playa, tipo huaraches no serán aceptados; Zapatos con llantitas tampoco serán aceptados



Viernes: Los estudiantes pueden usar ropa normal siempre y cuando sigua los siguientes parámetros: • La ropa no debe ser ofensiva o interrumpir el ambiente de aprendizaje de ninguna manera. • La ropa debe estar limpia, colocada adecuadamente, y las camisas y blusas deben cubrir el abdomen. • Las aberturas en pantalones cortos, faldas y/o vestidos no podrán sobrepasar una pulgada arriba de la rodilla.
